Comment: Hickey and Crawford called Steve at 5:10 p.m. on Tuesday the 3rd and said they were scheduling a meeting and a vote on Tuesday the 10th. Hickey and Crawford (it was a conference call to Steve) said they would email all the members. We were out to dinner at the time and Steve had to excuse himself to take the call. They were on the phone a very long time.
There was no change from what was communicated to Steve regarding the meeting and the vote.
In other words, there is no “special” meeting.
According to Steve, copies of the contract would be supplied at the time of the vote. Steve objected to the simultaneous nature of the meeting and the vote indicating there would not be enough time for everybody to read the contract (approx. 31 pages) before they voted on it.
